Julia Heitz comes from a background in hospitality and has a passion for sales. She majored in hospitality at MSU Denver while on scholarship as a pitcher for the roadrunners softball team. During her senior year, she joined the Civica team and completed a 3-month internship, which led to a full-time position as a membership coordinator. Seeking growth, Julia transitioned to the non-traditional team, where she learned sales and now serves as a National Account Manager. Additionally, she remains in her role as a membership representative for select clients.

Favorite Civica Value: Courage. I strongly believe that growth requires it. In a company driven by innovation, we exhibit courage by embracing each new step and daring to take risks that will propel us towards great success. I personally embody this value in my professional development, empowering myself to take on new challenges and "Get comfortable being uncomfortable".
Favorite Vacation Spot: Anywhere by the water! I love to be outside in the sun whether thats on the lake in a houseboat or on the beach with sandy towels.
What I like to do in my off hours: In my off hours I enjoy waiting tables at the family restaurant I worked at through high school, trying new places to eat with my family and friends, taking my dog to play fetch or walk around the park and shopping for pretty much anything!
