Kim Gill, MA, CAE

In her current role as President of Civica Management, an association management company headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, Gill leads with a strategic vision and oversees all aspects of the company's operations, working closely with her team to implement growth strategies, streamline processes, and maximize performance. With nearly 25 years experience, Gill previously worked as U.S. Director of Marketing for Simpro Software, responsible for developing U.S. marketing and communication activities in line with corporate strategy. Prior to that she worked with various state and national associations in diverse positions of executive management, communications, marketing and membership. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and insights as a speaker. Gill holds an MA in marketing and advertising from Emerson College, a BA in communications with a business minor from the State University of NY, College at Oswego, and the distinguished Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives.

What I like to do in my off hours: Spending time with my three sons, Brady (22), Matt (17) and Sean (12). In my off-time I enjoy traveling, thrifting, hiking, filling my appetite for knowledge and growth, wine tasting, and cooking.
